昨秋に続き、この秋も金沢にて「裂のほとり」展示会を開催させていただき、心より嬉しく思います。趣のある古裂をお持ちいたします。御覧いただけましたら幸いです。

■ 会場には駐車場がございません。お車でお越しの場合はお近くのパーキングをご利用下さい。
■ 金沢駅からタクシーでお越しの際は、「黒門前緑地（旧高峰家・旧検事正官舎）まで」とお伝え下さい。道路の混雑がなければおよそ７分ほどです。会場は黒門前緑地に隣接した建物です。
■ 会場はお履物をぬいでお上がりいただきます。会場に履物のご用意がありません。十一月ですのでお足元を暖かく出来ますことをお勧めいたします。
■ 会場は安心してお過ごしいただけますよう、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止対策に十分努めてまいります。

ごあいさつ

 

今年も十一月に金沢にて展示会を開催いたします。
昨秋の初めての金沢展では、金沢城にほど近い会場周辺は紅葉に彩られ、とても思い出に残る展示会となりました。まだ状況の落ち着かない中皆様のご協力を賜り、無事に終了することができましたこと、心より感謝いたしております。ささやかな二日間の会期にお近くの多くの皆様、遠方から、また東京よりお運び下さり、古く美しい染織の世界を先々に伝えるこの仕事に、たくさんの励ましを頂いたように思います。古裂古美術 蓮は来年三十周年を迎えます。古裂の存在とその愉しさを少しでもお伝えさせていただけますよう、精進を重ねることを感じ入るしだいです。
会場は昨秋と同じく、現在竹工芸家の本江和美さん（号・和直斎）の工房であり、茶の湯の場として活かされている趣ある建物の「雪竹庵」です。仕覆裂、表具裂、江戸時代の天然染料からなる美しい色彩の古裂、味わい深い断片裂など、いろいろとお持ちしたいと思います。どうぞご無理のない範囲でご予定いただけましたら幸いです。皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げます。

【整理券配布につきまして】

 

■ 今回2日目（最終日）が祝日ということもあり、初日の2日（水）と翌3日（木・祝）の両日ともに午前9：30より会場前にて整理券を配布いたします。

 

■ 開催の午前10:00になりましたら整理券番号順に15名様にご入場いただきます。その後会場内の人数状況をみながら、そのつど順次ご案内させていただきます。このような状況下での開催となり、ご不便をおかけすることもあると思います。何卒ご理解ご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 古裂（染織品）は一点ものの場合もあれば、ひとつのものを引き解いて同裂がいくつかある場合がございます。Instagramに掲載されている現品が「御売約」となっておりましても、同じ裂のご用意がある場合もございます。どうぞお気軽にお尋ね下さいませ。

この秋も昨秋と同じく、黒門前緑地に隣接した「雪竹庵」にて開催させていただきます。雪竹庵は金澤町家に指定されている趣のある古い木造建築になり、現在は竹工芸家の本江和美さんの工房として、また、茶の湯の場として日本文化の継承に活かされている場所であり建物になります。 今展では江戸時代の染織品を中心に、仕覆など袋物にお使いいただける裂地や表具裂、味わいのある、愉しい古裂をいろいろとお持ちする予定です。小さなはぎれも素敵なものをお持ちいたします。

 

昨秋にお運びいただきました皆様、この秋に初めてご予定いただけます皆様、どなた様でも、どうぞお気軽に様々な古裂を御覧にいらしていただけましたら幸いです。感染症対策に留意し、安心して御来場いただけますようにつとめてまいります。 二日間の短い会期ではございますが、この秋も皆様に、古裂の愉しいひとときをお過しいただけますよう、私も楽しみに準備してまいります。 皆様のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げます。

■About 7 minutes by taxi from Kanazawa Station. Please tell the driver “Kuromon－mae Ryokuchi” which is right next to the “Secchiku-an.”

Message

 

This November we will hold an exhibition in Kanazawa again. Last autumn’s exhibition in Kanazawa was the first one for us. The exhibition venue was very close to the Kanazawa castle around which had lovely foliage. It was a very memorable one. We are grateful for being able to carry out the event safely despite the uncertain Covid-19 circumstances. Many people, near, far and from Tokyo, came to the two-day exhibition. Every one of the visitors gave encouragement for the work which passes on beautiful antique Japanese textiles into the future. We will celebrate our 30th anniversary next year. We will do our best in passing on the existence and attractiveness of Japanese antique textiles. The venue, which is currently a workshop for a bamboo craftsman, Kazumi Motoe (Craftsman Title: WaChokuSai), is the same as last year. This well-preserved space called “Secchikuan”is also used for Japanese tea ceremony. We will bring various items such as materials that can be used for Shifuku, Hyogu for scrolls, and beautiful antique Edo period fabric and some fragments that are colored using natural dyes. If you can come, we will be happy to have your presence at the exhibition. We look forward to seeing many of you at the exhibition.

＊Notice about the Exhibition

 

■Please note the following for the measures against COVID-19.

 

■When entering, please wear a face mask, disinfect your hands, take temperature, and fill in your contact information. If you need a face mask, please let us know.

 

■In　order to keep the proper social distance between customers, we will have to limit the number of customers at the venue to around 15　people at a time.

 

■In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we may need to restrict admission when congested, we appreciate your cooperation.

 

■Depending on the situation with COVID-19, the exhibition schedule may change. Please check our website for the latest information.

 

■On both November 2nd (Wed) and 3rd (Thu, public holiday), we will start distributing numbered tickets from 9:30 am.

 

■At 10：00am, we will open and take the first 15 people and if there are more than 15 people, we will monitor the number of customers at the venue and let people in.

Exhibition Information

 

As we did last year, we will be holding an exhibition “Kire-no-hotori” Ⅸ in Kanazawa again this fall. The exhibition will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd and Thursday, November 3rd, a national holiday. The venue, Setchikuan, which is next to Kuromonmae Ryokuchi, is the same as last year.

 

“Setchiku-an”is a quaint old wooden Japanese building designated to be Kanazawa Machiya, a collection of historical buildings. Currently, it provides a space that is utilized for passing on Japanese culture such as a workshop for bamboo craftsman, Ms. Kazumi Motoe. It also serves as a place for Japanese tea ceremonies. We will be bringing various attractive dyed and woven antique fabrics　from the Edo period. Details will be announced when it gets closer to the exhibition.
